I have had to deal with a number of wholesale plant companies. Triad is the first to nail it when it comes to responsiveness, customer service, and integrity. I’m extremely happy with the plants added to my inventory, they are excellent quality and free of pests.This is definitely a company I intend to build a long-term relationship with. I would highly recommend Triad to anyone seeking a plant wholesaler.
This was my first time buying plants from out of state and I am so very excited that I did!. Tobey (my customer rep) was stunningly attentive and was able to secure some of the hard to find items I was looking for. Triad was able to provide me and my customers with many exotic items that are rare to find in Michigan and the quality was top-notch! The gardenias and the bonsai were especially beautiful.
