I've been so impressed with the fresh, locally grown microgreens from this farm! The Speckled Pea and Spring Mix varieties are incredibly fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. They add the perfect touch to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and even avocado toast. You can really taste the difference compared to store-bought greens.
