My initial order left me disappointed because the amount of compost I received was much smaller than I expected for the $75 price. I misunderstood what “a scoop” meant, and without a clear description, I had no way to know the size beforehand. What made a real difference, though, was the follow‑up. The person—possibly the owner—who called me was very pleasant, kind in tone, and genuinely understanding of my concern. They responded with goodwill and sent additional soil, which I truly appreciated. I had no issues with customer service or the delivery person; both were very pleasant. My experience is simply a reminder to ask detailed questions before ordering, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
