We love Your Farm & Garden! This is the kind of place where the selection is so extensive that, if they do not carry something, you may decide you do not really need it after all. The property feels almost like a full-scale botanical garden, with huge areas devoted to tropical plants, orchids, flowering plants, herbs, vegetables, garden supplies, décor, and much more. We were looking for a very specific type of flowerpot, and they had exactly what we needed. They must carry at least 200 different styles of pots, displayed in several locations throughout the store and garden center. The staff was just as impressive as the selection. There were plenty of employees available, and we were asked at least half a dozen times whether we needed help. Everyone was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. For garden enthusiasts, this is not just a place to shop, it is a destination.

Can go there 100x and still not see everything but want to buy everything
The woman who answered your phone today needs intensive customer-service training. You do not interrupt, raise your voice at, and laugh at customers- especially ones who are being *100% pleasant* to you. I asked a simple question- she responded with conflicting information- I know nothing about plants & attempted to ask one follow up question to clarify. She clearly found it irritating & wanted me off the phone (total call time: 59 seconds!!!). I would normally just go about my day, but when I pointed out her unpleasantness & told her I'd be leaving a review, she laughed again & said OK great. THAT sealed the deal. I see two other recent reviews that mention an "unapologetically abrupt" and "rude" staff member. I suspect I unfortunately encountered the same person. A real shame since you appear to have a lovely assortment of plants & I prefer to support local, family-owned businesses.
Great selection and the employees are helpful and friendly!
Bought many plants over the years from f Farm and Garden always had the grin and bear the customer service for the most part which is uninformed and unapologetically abrupt. Today I bought an item from them that is twice as expensive and half the size of that which I bought 3 years ago, no acknowledgment no explanation take it or leave it. The good news is there’s increased competition and while this store’s been around for almost 75 years it’s going to be increasingly difficult for them to live on their reputation.
