We used to have a small firewood business, so I always wanted to give customers the best-looking wood possible. But one time I bought 20 pieces and like 5 of them were tiny, rotten, or just bad quality. When I said something, they basically told me, “You get what you get.” 😭 Ever since then, I’ve just bought all my plants from Lowe’s or Home Depot because at least they have warranties. If your plant dies, you can bring it back with no drama. I honestly don’t get why people still shop here lol.

Unfortunately as a landscaper my main supplier only had a pallet left so had to resort to Williams. This picture is 5 months after install and definitive line between Williams and my other normal supplier Felix. Twice as many weeds, sod worms in abundance, and worst of all is customer service. I never badger a company and hate to say as a professional in the area I will never be back even if everyone else is out of sod. Highly disappointed.
