I would have it replaced before the bagworms move to other trees. Call and ask for Macy or one of the other managers about having someone come out, not sure if they do that.

I am extremely disappointed in my landscape design experience. It took me two weeks to get on the schedule with the design person that called me. He was not warm and friendly at the appointment, but I assumed he would still do a good job. It took him two weeks to return the design estimate back to me after I reached out four times to inquire about receiving the estimate that I paid $69 to get. The estimate is so grossly overinflated for how much the plants will cost. Nearly $400 for hollies I can get for a $100 at the same nursery. I understand they need to make money on the projects, but the markup is truly ridiculous. I have tried to call 5 times to speak with a manager in the landscape design center and have not gotten a real person nor a call back. Now I have missed the window of weather to plant and I have wasted $69 and a month of my time. I am sorely disappointed in the design experience. I can only imagine how unprofessional the actual landscaping experience would be.
