The selection of beautiful healthy plants at Mulder’s is extraordinary, and the prices are very, very good. The customer service fell short upon my purchase of trees, but Naaman, The manager, and Taylor, in charge of installation, were prompt and professional. Because of them, I would definitely go to Mulders again.
The folks at Mulders are knowledgeable and helpful. Their tree and shrub varieties are top notch, and they always have what I am looking for.
Eduardo and Jonas did an outstanding job planting 3 trees for us. They were professional, polite and wonderfully cooperative when we asked if one could be straightened a little. Fantastic service! (Also received great service at the nursery from very knowledgeable staff including Ben). We will continue to be regular customers!
This is a wonderful business that stands behind their trees and plants. And the planting team is the best!
I've purchased over $10,000 from Mulder's over last few years and have a lot more trees and plants to purchase. Three trees out of 8 purchased last year did not make it. Ben who apparently is the manager said he would help with the cost but since they did not plant they don't warranty which to be honest I was not aware of. Maybe it's on their receipt. I said I was looking for something more than what he offered and he explained the cold weather this past winter was tough. When I said maybe I just need to go someplace else he just walked away from me. This surprised me coming from a manager or anyone that's in customer service. Ben needs to understand how to deal with customers. He did not ask me what else I possibly was looking for or if I planned to purchase more in the future. He should have at least inquired something besides walking away which gets him nowhere and me giving a bad review. . Ben also does not understand negotiations in any way shape or form. While they have nice plants and trees I will most likely not be purchasing anything from them again just because of Ben. Customers large or small should simply be treated better even if they disagree.
