I too was hesitant to order but I've definitely found my new online nursery! I often order plants and trees online (major yard overall) and this was the best experience I've had. First, I had made a mistake in selecting the wrong color when I ordered. I called and a real, live, and super-kind person answered the phone, found my order and said she'd just swap them out for me. Saved me the step of having to reorder! Also, the plants came quickly and were SO WELL PACKAGED. Usually the plants look a lil sad when they get to me but these were happy, healthy, and had no shipping damage. My only regret is that I found this nursery toward the end of my yard overhaul instead of the beginning, but I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
