Lovely! I got a sweet bouquet for the budget I mentioned, a hand pressed card, and delicious drinks for friends. Many needs met in one place from friendly folks.

$48+ on Mother's Day for a bouquet containing one rose, one tulip, one short stem of something else and three springs of greenery. The greenery was cute though, that's the only honest thing I can say. The rest felt like end-of-day leftovers wrapped nicely and marked up because of the date on the calendar. I don't write reviews. This one earned it

I am very disappointed with my experience with this florist. I purchased a large flower arrangement the night before to be delivered the next day. On their website, it says, “Online orders for daily flower items require a 24 hour minimum for fulfillment.” I didn’t think that I would make this 24 hour window, but I still wanted to try. Later the next day, around 12:45 central time, I called and asked for my deliver to be postponed, because I learned my recipient was out of the country. The person on the phone was very dismissive. They told me because the arrangement was already made there was nothing to be done. It was very awkward, because I explained that there would be no one to receive these flowers for over a week and I was just left with a “not my problem” attitude. I understand this predicament, but I was a floral designer for a number of years and know the work arounds that can be provided to the customer. I chose a large flower arrangement, so it could have been repurposed for another “large flower arrangement” order or they could’ve used the flowers in the arrangement to create another one. Being that I chose the largest arrangement, that means that the least amount of length was cut from the stems, therefore there was plenty of area to work with to create a medium or smaller arrangement. They offered for me to send it someone else in the Brooklyn area, but I don’t know anyone else in the state of New York. I was finally offered a 50% refunded, minus the delivery fee of $15, because “it was already loaded into the delivery vehicle.” Even though I can respect the cost of a delivery driver and the gas needed to deliver, I don’t think loading it into the truck merited $15. I was also offered a possible discount in the future, but I don’t feel comfortable ordering from them anymore. It’s sad, because I had used them in the past and had planned to always use them moving forward. I’m sure that they don’t care about my twice a year purchases from them, but it’s an unfortunate feeling to be so dismissed, when I genuinely wanted to work to find a happy solution and get the flowers to my recipient.

Stonefruit Botanicals made a floral arch for our wedding and it was more beautiful than I ever imagined! They were so kind to work with, listened carefully to all my thoughts for the arch, and executed it so flawlessly and in a reduced time frame due to our venue setup time. I kept telling everyone I wanted to take the whole thing home - I am obsessed with it and cannot recommend their services enough!
