I really miss when this was The Sill. I felt like they were more knowledgeable and friendly with the care of the plants. I took a healthy, almost 5-year-old snake plant for repotting and after almost 2 months, it’s as good as dead. Back when it was The Sill, the employees would’ve been more forthcoming if the plant really needed to be repotted but now I feel like they just wanted my money since my plant was doing fine. Really disappointing experience and will not be coming here ever again.

A young male employee has no knowledge in plants. He advised giving more water after I explained that my plant, which thrives in an arid and warm environment, was watered enough. I followed bis advice thinking he was an expert, and my plant is srsly dying now. Should’ve noticed that he has zero knowledge when he said fungus gnats DO NOT kill/damage plants. He could’ve just said he just doesn’t have much information when asked about how to revive sick plants. Just be honest.

Had such a great experience with this store and its staff. They were friendly, helpful, efficient- and made the whole experience a total pleasure. Would highly recommend- the repotted plant looks amazing!

Overpriced. Tried to charge $30 to repot a 6 inch plant in the same pot just with fresh soil. Again, no new pot. Just using the existing one. $30. INSANE.
