If you haven't been here before, go now! Do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars, just go! I don't even like going to the Strader's on my side of town after going here. I would love a garden like Strader's. Just go.

I am extremely disappointed with this store and will never shop here again. I purchased over $200 worth of plants from Strader's and one hanging basket out of the bunch of them starting wilting and looking terrible within 2 days of having it. I took it back to them as soon as I could which was exactly 5 days later and they refused to exchange it or make it right. In fact the manager made a snarky remark stating that "maybe I should have watered it." I did water it faithfully with all the other plants and they are all fine. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. What used to be a neighborhood friendly store is now a joke. Don't buy plants here, they are poor quality. Choose local greenhouses like Oakland, Yonie's, or even Lowe's because at least they all stand by their projects they sell and most importantly they aren't rude and accusatory. Furthermore, getting any help from them to answer any questions is a joke. They act like they are annoyed by your presence. After reading through the other reviews, I can see I am not alone in my complaints, and I find it funny that Strader's only comments on the good reviews and never addresses their upset customers. Very sad! I used to come here all the time, but never again.

Great selection. Saw at least a dozen different kinds of peppers, wide variety is of perennials and annuals. Helpful staff, quick check out knowledgeable cashiers
