Stopped at 658, wasn’t aware they shut at 7. Walked in first thing the two people at the front said- “we close in 2 mins” - it caught me off guard because we were just wanting to get 3 small 5inch pots. My response was “I just want to check the pots real fast- so I went in. And quickly looked, but don’t worry at 7pm they will shut the lights off but tell you “sorry about that” when you walk out. This is not service lol lock your door and help you customers finish shopping- ironically there is another review from a rear ago stating the same thing. I guess this is the level of service that’s acceptable these days. We will purchase flower pots somewhere else.

I bought a garden hole less than a month ago and the handle shattered on me. I went to take it back and they would not give me my money back or let me exchange it. I asked him who keeps the receipt for something that is expected to last 30 years and they said they didn't know anybody that did that but that I needed a receipt in order to exchange or get my money back. The manager wouldn't even speak to me. I'll just keep using Oakland Park Nursery where they treat you much kinder
