Ordering was easy—the website was very easy to browse and purchase from. I called for an update on my order, and the gentleman who answered said, "I'm outside right now, but my buddy has a smartphone. Let's figure out where your order is." Two minutes later, he had my answer. He explained the shipping process, the recent heat concerns, and let me know my order would likely ship within the week. That level of customer service really stood out to me. When the package arrived, I was blown away. Everything was packed incredibly well, organized intelligently, and every plant was exceptionally healthy. I honestly couldn't believe a nursery like this exists. This will be my go-to—and likely my only—place to order plants from in the future. I hope to spread the word because businesses that provide this level of quality and service deserve to grow. I hope this small review can play a small part in that.

Placed an order and got an automatic notice that shipping label was created. Three weeks passed and nothing was received. Contact seller and was told it was sold out. Had l not contacted the seller, l would waiting in vain. Shop somewhere else.

Great selection of Raspberry cultivators. Purchased 12 Cascade Golds and 4 Honey Queens. Best shipping and packaging of plants I have received from any nursery. Plants were supported, moist-water gels, and came with great planting and post shipping directions. Very responsive to my email messages as well. Thank you Scenic Hill Farm Nursery.
