I have over 125 fig tree varieties.I purchased a fig tree from them because they had a variety that I didn't have and could not find elsewhere. Looks like a tissue culture plant you get from big box stores or Etzy, no main trunk just small branches out of the soil. They should post picture of the tree that your buying on their website, never again!

I never leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly so frustrating. I ordered flowers for my friend after her dad passed away and paid a extra for same-day delivery because it was important they got there that day. Instead, I didn’t hear anything until the next day, when they told me they couldn’t deliver to that address. The flowers didn’t end up getting delivered until the following day. Ever since then, I’ve been trying to get a refund for the same-day delivery fee that I paid for but never received. I’ve called multiple times, emailed multiple times, and every time I’m told someone will get back to me. No one ever does. The customer service has been terrible from the beginning. They don’t send delivery confirmations, they’re extremely slow to respond, and getting in touch with anyone who can actually help has been nearly impossible. I understand that things happen, but when you’re sending sympathy flowers, timing matters. If someone is ordering flowers for a loved one who’s grieving, this is not the company I’d recommend. The lack of communication and urgency made an already emotional situation even more stressful.
Sending flowers same day from Kremp was so easy and the customer service was great! I needed to change my message on the card and they responded within 10 minutes and the flowers were delivered in an hour and a half. These people work magic!
Great staff. They are always super nice and helpful. The store is a one of a kind with lots of interesting and unique items to buy as gifts.
