John Tobin did an excellent job mulching our property. We were thoroughly pleased with how carefully they worked around plants and flowers to achieve the beautiful results. We were even more impressed with how quickly he showed up for an estimate. The actual work was done even sooner than we anticipated. We will definitely contact them again for future work.

This was the first greenhouse I visited this season, and I guess it set the bar for the others — because none of them really compared. Not only did they have the product I was looking for, with the exception of catnip, which nobody seems to be carrying this year, but the staff was also genuinely helpful. One employee noticed that I seemed a little lost trying to figure out the greenhouse layout and came over to ask what I was looking for. She walked me right to the area I needed, and even though they didn’t have the second item I asked about, she was knowledgeable enough to suggest an alternative that has actually worked out really well over the past month. At the time, I didn’t realize it, but this greenhouse also had better prices than the two others I visited that same day. On top of that, the quality was better too. The plants were bigger, healthier, and overall just looked much better cared for. I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop every season from now on and skipping the more lackluster competitors.
Just had a beautiful horse Chestnut tree planted this week. We have used Ettingers for 40 years now. Their planning of our landscape has always been just right, not too crowded allowing for future growth. They stand behind their work, guaranteeing plants and trees for a year. We use their annual service on our property, trimming, cleaning up, mulch, weed control, etc. The crews are great to work with and since many of them have been with them a long time, they know what we like and almost seem part of the family. We added their lawn care a couple years ago. Much better then that national company we used to use. Even though I like to cut my own lawn for exercise, I just heard they added this service this year. The guy doing most of the grass cutting is someone we trust and like from the mulch and trimming crew. I would certainty trust him with the grass cutting if we ever need it, and as I get older, who knows when and if. Overall, we enjoy the great look of our landscaping year after year. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of us so well. 40 years of service is proof beyond doubt. Thank you. Ken Weis
