We purchased a Sabo palm tree from Taylor’s Nursery at the end of May, and unfortunately it died within a few weeks due to circumstances that were completely outside of our control—and outside of Taylor’s Nursery’s control as well. Although we did not purchase the warranty, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. From my very first phone call, they acted quickly to escalate the situation, kept us updated on when their next shipment of palm trees would be arriving, and even called us personally to let us know the shipment had come in so we could choose the right replacement. To make the experience even better, they came out and installed our new palm the very same day! They truly went above and beyond our expectations. It’s rare to find a business that cares so much about its customers and making sure they “make it right”, even when they aren’t obligated to. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service, and we’re so glad we chose to purchase our palm from Taylor’s Nursery. We highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️💯

Taylor’s is a phenomenal company! They treat their employees so well and truly care about them. No matter which location I walk into I am greeted with a smile and a “how can I help you today?” 10/10 will forever buy my plants and bulk product from Taylor’s!

We attended the Spring Market today. Parking was well coordinated with assistance to find open spaces which was good as the event drew quite a crowd. We had a couple plants we were looking for, which they had available. Did seek out assistance from one employee who was extremely helpful, which led to a couple more plants for our property. Had a brief conversation with one of the Taylor family members who was also roaming the market to assist shoppers.

We were looking for milkweed and butterfly bushes. Some places said it was a little too early. But Taylor’s…. Oh they were ready. They had everything we needed in one stop. We have seen people driving around with these big Taylor’s bags for a couple of years and we figured we couldn’t afford it so we never bothered. Well we needed to mulch our garden for spring and I figured I would investigate the prices of these bad boys. And let me tell you I was shocked! The mulch was only $42-$45 and the bag was $20. I don’t know if we can keep the bag and have it filled again. We will have to ask. This covered everything we needed except one side. We have a lot of space that we mulch so this was the best way to get the garden looking great and not breaking our bank. My husband said the lady who assisted him seemed to be having a rough day but it happens to everyone. Cannot wait to go back to get some more goodies! I purchased a banana plant here one year (not actual bananas) and it comes back every year. Waiting for her new leaves to make their arrival now. Hoping the extra cold days hasn’t knocked her out.

Taylor’s came to the rescue for our Beaufort County JROTC kids this year! Due to unforeseen circumstances the location of their Military Ball was cancelled. With very little time the high school gym had to be converted to a Ballroom. Taylors reviewed the space and used their expertise to select plants to fit our space to make it so much more inviting. Their talent and design expertise helped to reflect the formality of the event, all in less than a week! Thank you for your generosity!
