I was very disappointed with my experience with this nursery. If you like being treated like you are beneath someone then this is the place that you need to go. After calling ahead and insuring that the plants we wanted were available and explaining that we would be there but it would take two hours to get there our plants were still not pulled for us, and the ones we received were dry to the bone and looked frost bit. After hearing so many good things about the founder of this company and how he treated his customers we were in shock to be treated the way we were. We were told up front that they were doing us a favor selling to us since we were not growers or a nursery. It is evident that they do not want to do business with the general public and I know we will never be back. I know that the little lady at the desk is family but maybe the owners should rethink who they choose to represent their business.

Great trees. Check your orders carefully before you leave. We were shorted trees and they refused to give them to us after we discovered they weren't there. We've been customers for 12 years. We have spent over $20,000 here and have never asked for missing trees. I understand their policy, but I don't respect putting policy over customer trust to save a couple hundred dollars.
