I "bought" a miracle fruit plant from them 18 months ago. They called me and told me they didnt have any in stock, do i want a refund or to wait? I told them i would wait, they could just send one when they got one in.... long story short they must have sold the business in the meantime and lost my paperwork in the shuffle. Eventually did get a refund, even though I probably paid the old owners and not the new ones. Although I didnt get my miracle fruit tree this time, I do plan to put in a bamboo grove in the future. Wouldn't have any problem giving them another try now that I understand what happened.

Felix and his crew are knowledgeable and do a marvelous job when they come. The big issue is their scheduling. Almost every appointment has to be rescheduled. The people who do the scheduling do not communicate well issues happen an scheduling is needed. If I could review just the crew, I would give them a 5 star rating. However, the repeated issues with the scheduling brings this down. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
