There is a good selection of plants and the prices are good. It is difficult to walk around due to the uneven walkways and hoses stretched all over.

If you’re looking for plants, slightly cheaper than big box stores with zero Customer Service you found the right place. These might be the best employees at holding down boxes and countertops by leaning on them

I visited on 6/2/26 around 5:30 pm looking for some trees. However, I didn’t get any help because the staff members were glued to their phones the entire time. The store manager or management really needs to look into this.

If you know what you want you can get some good plants at reasonable prices. They are especially good when they have sales. For example right now azaleas even the Encore are 50% off

I'm a professional gardener and I buy a ton of my plants from the Katy location. Always happy with the plants and prices. Three trips from Bellville just this week. But it's becoming impossible to find anyone that speaks even basic English. I can't get anyone to help me locate the things I need. It would be nice if at least one employee had a grasp on English
