Not like a regular nursery. If you want one to one discussion and suggestions regarding any plants this is a the place. You will love the plants. The owner was a gentleman and gave us fruits to taste. I highly recommend.

Updated review: Customer service reached out to me in response to my review regarding the confusing communication from my previous attempts to simply understand where the plant I ordered was in the shipping process. They clarified that due to the severe weather we'd been having in Texas, they had quite a bit of damage to their plant stock, and unfortunately, my reserved grape vine was included in that damage. In an effort to make everything right, they did process a refund, and will be sending a replacement plant as well, however, I haven't seen any updated shipping information, so I don't know how accurate that information is. I do want to extend my gratitude for their timely response to my review, but I do wish that they'd been transparent in their communication on either of the two previous occasions I'd reached out privately for updates. As a small business owner myself, I know life happens, and would have been very understanding if they'd proactively tried to remedy the weather delay, rather than simply wait and hope I didn't notice anything was slightly off. That said, I do feel the matter has been resolved satisfactorily, which is why I've updated my rating to three stars. I cannot speak to the quality of the plants themselves, so I didn't feel I could leave a 4 or 5 star review as I've only dealt with customer service, which was ultimately helpful. ________________________________ Original review (1 star): Ordered a grape vine back in February for the May pre-order and it was never sent. The UPS shipping label was created back on May 25th and then never picked up. I contacted customer service to understand, and the responses are clearly AI garbage, unfortunately. At this point, it's obviously a scam and the grape vines never existed in the first place. I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to planting this for summer. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You won't get what you paid for, and they won't be honest about the situation anyway.

Dead end cul de sac, not a plant nursery.
