I ordered plants from Cactus King in the past without issue, however, that has changed. I ordered 5 plants late last year, all of which showed as "in stock". After not receiving my order, I started emailing them to find out what the status was, with no response. I called and spoke with a gentleman (who would not give his name), he asked me what I had ordered and then said he would have Lyn respond to my emails, which she did about a week later in February, stating: "Hello, I am so sorry for the late response. And yes we have but the lady that does all the orders have been out for personal reasons, but I will get your order to the manager and see if we can have out this week. And again I am so sorry for not responding sooner.". That was the last and only response I received from her. I have yet to receive my order (it is now April). When I called the gentleman back, he asked me again what I had ordered, then he told me they didn't have any of those plants and the only ones they did have were $600.00! At which point I asked him for a refund, which he said he would have Lyn take care of. Just for my own sanity, I checked the website again today just before posting this and all the plants I ordered 5 months ago still show in stock. I have attached picture of my original order (addresses blacked out) and the one I created today. For the past month I have asked for either my order to be fulfilled or a refund, but I get no response whatsoever. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB....and they have not received a response from Cactus King either at the time of this writing. It is sad to see a company that I have done business with for almost 20 years, end up like this.

Unique selection, lots of varieties. Prices are about the same as at a Home Depot. Website is a little hard to use, but had good information. Almost all outdoors, so dress accordingly

He has awesome astrophytum. I was passing through ,and figured I’d stop. I’m glad I did. I got a really cool looking superkabuto.
