I just went there to get a housewarming gift, and in my head it had to be a medium-sized monstera in a blue pot — very specific vision 😊 The shop itself is beautiful and has that rare feeling that all the plants are truly healthy and well cared for. It was important to me to support a small local store where people genuinely take responsibility for the plants they sell — and you can really feel that here. The seller went above and beyond to help me find the exact blue pot I was imagining. When I asked whether the plastic nursery pot would fit inside the ceramic one, he even offered to repot it for me. Everything about the experience was just perfect — I walked out happy, excited, and with a gift that matched exactly what I had in mind. Thank you so much!
Had a great experience this weekend at booSH buying new plants and new pots. Very reasonably priced and great selection. Met the owner and his puppy on our visit and loved the whole experience. Definitely going to go back soon!
Find the reviews praising the staff’s kindness a little strange. Walked in and made eye contact with the guy behind the counter, said “hey man how are you doing today?” He ignores me and looks back at his phone. Then another employee comes in and I look at her and say “hello”, and smile, fully ignores me and goes over to the guy behind the counter and begins talking to him. Walk up to the counter and stand there for about 60 seconds hoping someone would acknowledge me to answer a question I had, didn’t want to say anything until they said something to me since I’ve already greeted both employees and not gotten a response, maybe they’re trying to figure something out or something. Nah, after me awkwardly standing there for about a minute, the guy on his phone looks up at me, makes eye contact, says nothing and looks back at his phone while his coworker at this point is handling inventory organization. I was just like “okay then” walked out the door without a goodbye or anything. Never acknowledged my presence the entire time I was in the store, offered help, anything.
