This review is long overdue! I've been a customer of Cascade Tropicals for over five years, and they continue to be one of my favorite wholesale nurseries to work with. They always have a great selection of plants, and everyone on the team is friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Dayna, who has helped me with countless projects over the years. She's always willing to lend a hand with sourcing and somehow manages to track down exactly what I need for those special requests. I really appreciate the entire team at Cascade Tropicals and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plants and great customer service.

Many choices however some of the plants weren't grouped well. I found species in different areas of the warehouse. I know prices seem high for wholesale but everything is high so I understand. However, I did find plants at a local retail nursery at the same price. They have a good array of unique plants we were searching for. Many plants were in full bloom. Aisle were clean with plenty of room to maneuver rolling racks. Staff is pleasant, but some were not all knowledgeable. Easy to find. Plenty parking.

So may pests!!! I will never buy from a store if I see they have cascade Tropical tags. I've only ever got bugs and more bugs from them.

Bug infested plants. Rude staff, high prices. Trust me, do your research there are 2 different companies who are close to this one who will have healthier plants. The aphids, mealy bugs and thrips are HORRIBLE here. And they will not credit you for any plant you get that are infested. CHECK EVERYTHING. I lost half of my greenhouse to thrips from this place. Also, the rudest employees ever.
