I personally done business with Conrad Forde. He’s very responsive regarding communications, he’s also very accurate in describing the Plant material and availability. I consider him one of the top Nursery professionals and I’ll continue to do business with him and Puget Sound plants. I recommend Puget Sound plants to all my friends as they have high-quality Nursery material, they’re very responsive with calling me back or supplying me quotes for my projects.
Receiving is actually before the entrance but it’s better to go in at the office driveway and go through location to set up to docks. Kinda out of the way place but great staff and was unloaded promptly. Would definitely deliver here again

I recommend not using this nursery. We had an order of 270+ plants delivered to a job site. We were busy and weren't able to count the plants until 3 weeks later, after which we called Puget Sound Nursery to inquire about 12 missing plants. They said they'll check their delivery photos which they then sent to us. Their own photos show only 10 to 12 (hard to see exactly from the photos) of the 22 invoiced species were delivered. Meghan and her manager both refused to make this right despite their own photos showing missing plants, insisting that "you signed for the delivery." Meghan is also impatient as when I got slightly frustrated with her obstinacy, she refused to discuss further "because it's been a long day." Just know this is the kind of business that will not make something right over $70 of plants out of a $4000+ order. We will use Plants Northwest instead going forward.
