This place is a gem; one of the last mom and pop stores out there. Yes, you'll be greeted by Bob and he can tell you anything you want to know about plants. Writes you a paper receipt. Helps you out to your car with purchases. Small shop so small inventory - that's how it works, no biggie. We found three small plants that worked perfectly. To those complaining about the locked door, the neighborhood isn't the greatest - do you blame him? Bob is older and comes to the door when you knock - easy. Thanks, Bob!

Bob is so friendly and knowledgeable about plants! Bob and his team service a lot of the office buildings in Phoenix, which is where I met him. I chat with him and bombard him with questions every Thursday on his rotations and he’s always friendly and patient with me! Excited to visit his shop for my own house plants! Highly recommend!

I went in a Saturday, and little after noon. They were closed. However the window's placard with their store hours says differently. I'll call before I come the next time.

Bob is great and has some beautiful plants! He is going to install 8 hanging plants in my business and also is going to take care of them! Will have updated photos when they are installed! But great service so far and affordable! Thank you!

Wow! Really, top-notch customer service! The older gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They even gave the plant a lil trim and some plant polish (which I didn't know was a thing for live plants) then they wrapped it for safe transport and so it doesn't get soil all over the car. They even carried the soil and plant to my car for me. The live plants they have are in good condition (not all overgrown or infested with mites) they also have many really good quality fake plants too. It's a small business with small business quality service. AND the price of the Monstera was better than Whitfill nursery. They do keep the door locked because he has a sweet lil dog in there <3 but all you do is knock 1st like the sign says
