The crew from Cloverdale Nursery who planted our Laurels did an awesome job. They were on time and did the job very efficiently. It was nice that Cloverdale Nursery had this service available for plants purchased at their nursery.
Cal was amazing and so thoughtful! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was so full of helpful information on how to take care of the plants. The selection was beyond our expectations too and we will definitely be back.
Never again! I used to really like this place but after today’s experience with staff at closing time, never again. I arrived at 4:40 and asked for directions to the ornamental grasses. I knew they close at 5:00. As I was rushing out to find the grasses, I passed an employee heading back to the store front. Rather than asking if he could help me find anything he made sure to let me know that they close at 5:00. I continued to the grasses and found none of them marked with grass type or pricing. So I had to do my best to figure out what matched the specific kind I needed. I rushed back to the store front, arriving about 30 seconds after 5:00. The same employee walked out of the store and informed me that the till was closed. 30 seconds! Amazing. Never again will I give this place my business.
