Excellent customer service. Shout out to Tina who was very helpful.

We’ve been going to Far West for years and have always been met with excellent customer service and friendly staff—until today. After the recent storm ruined one of our potted plants, we returned to purchase a replacement. The only similar options we found were two hanging baskets displayed at the entrance. Both had price tags, and an employee told us they could be purchased but that we would need assistance getting them down. When the manager came over, he told us we could not purchase them. He then removed the price tags without offering any explanation. When I asked why they had price tags if they weren't for sale, he simply told me to find something else in another section. His response felt dismissive and rude. This was a very disappointing experience after years of being loyal customers. The employees have always been wonderful, and the nursery has beautiful plants, but this interaction with management has left a bad impression. Hopefully they can improve their management approach, because the rest of the staff has always been excellent.
