English Gardens Plymouth Nursery

So over priced. Had sale items out then when I went to get them they said they were all out of stock. Asked where an item was and person at counter sent me to complete opposite side of the store and outside. Then a different Person at check out had to redo my items multiple times and I had to show them the items on clearance to get the correct price. Super nicer person but it took 25 min to check out and didn’t even get half the items I went for because they thought they had them in stock but then couldn’t find them. Will absolutely not go back here. Only put two stars cuz the person was nice even though they kept getting it wrong.

Don't know her name but the customer service here was excellent! I was looking for a specific type of plant for the garden and she helped me to basically be in and out fast. So much selection to choose from and honestly cannot wait to go back again soon!

Helpful staff, beautiful products and a quick stop at check out

I was excited to see the large selection, I was looking for roses and they were quite literally all crispy looking. And $20 more than to purchase them from David Austin’s or other reputable rose websites. Seems like they may not water them enough, they have a vast garden section but I wouldn’t feel comfortable purchasing any of those roses in the condition they were in, especially with them being overpriced. I’m sure you could prune them back if you did take a chance but what a disappointment.
