High quality happy plants, and I didn’t notice any weeds out of my ~700 plugs. They may have been a little more expensive than some other places I’ve bought from before, but that’s well worth it to me considering the condition of the plants. Over email, Ashley recommended a good number of species for my soil and sunlight conditions (this was based in part on volunteers I’ve noticed), and after five weeks in the ground for the first batch and two for the second, very few (less than ten) plants showed ANY signs of transplant shock at all. Maybe this is normal for feral plants, but it hasn’t been my experience with plugs in the past. Though there was some luck with weather, one batch also went through several days of 90s F heat and direct sun right after planting… so I attribute much of the success to healthy plants ready to be out of the greenhouse and the species recommendations given to me being the right fit for the site.

Feral Flora has done a few projects at my house and I've been thrilled with the design. Matt's ability to make the most out of any space, I always have something in bloom and get many compliments from neighbors on our front yard. Also the bees and butterflies love the plants!
We purchase many thousands of dollars of plants from Feral Flora each year. They are always of the highest quality. It is a sign of their integrity and professionalism that they will suggest we wait for certain species if they aren't quite ready. Much better than pushing plants out the door for a higher profit margin. Huge thanks to Matt and Ashley and the whole team for all they do!
The native plant sale is great - lots of variety, plants are in great condition, and there are lots of helpful staff to answer questions.
