Potted In Portland

We bought a cactus from this charming store to take on a cross-country roadtrip. The staff was wonderful, the selection was really good, and "Prick Jagger" is getting to meet some of his big brothers. Highly recommended.

When we first moved into our home, I never imagined I would have so many beautiful, thriving real plants. I always loved the look of them, but I never felt confident that I could keep them alive. Thankfully, I found Sara at Potted in Portland, and she completely changed that for me. Sarah helped set up our home with gorgeous plants that fit each space perfectly, and she has continued to care for them twice a month ever since. Her knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail have made it possible for me to enjoy all the beauty of real plants without the stress. Over the years, Sara has become someone I trust completely. Knowing she is in my home, even when I'm away, gives me total peace of mind. What started as hiring someone to help with plants has grown into a wonderful friendship, and I truly look forward to seeing her each month. I love Potted in Portland! They do the plant services for my office in Downtown Portland and all the plants are very cared for and look great at all times! All the employees are very personable and great to be around as well. I've also bout plants from them for my personal life and I really liked their selection and the fact that they are always willing to answer my questions.

The people that work there are wonderful. Very kind and will answer all your questions. The prices are amazing. And I had a really great experience overall. I'm giving five stars, although there was one thing that was a bit upsetting. I got a hoya crimson queen. And two of the leafs were rotted and came right out of the substrate. I didn't check before hand which could be my fault. But I'm still quite sad and I'm hoping it lives as it is a very small plant. The other plant I got a neon philodendron was big and beautiful. No issues with it. Very happy with my experience.

This was a beautiful place! The staff were so kind, I ended up getting two plants! Plus I got to learn a lot! If you’re just getting into plants, this is the place to go! Fairly expensive though!
