The gift shop and the green house/plants departments are my “Go To” locations everything I visit Highway 58 Ace…exceptional customer service! The other areas of the store provide excellent customer service, too. Often walking with you to assist product location. The cashiers are very personable, too

Just like the ace on lee hy. Pointers that point you in the direction of what you ask for. They say we will have someone meet you over there. While I was waiting I found what I wanted on home depot website. Same product 2.00 cheaper. No one ever showed up. My supervisor at McDonald's use to tell us if you don't take care of your customers someone else will. Exactly what is happening at ace.. you use to advertise "ace is the place " you need to ask "to avoid if you need customer service ". You had a customer ready to make a substantial purchase. But you let them slip away because of your lack of customer service. But I'm just one person. No big deal right?
