Do you rent carpet cleaners? If so, what kind. If you rent one how many hours can you keep it before you have to return it to the store?

I used to love this place..I have bought countless Stihl products here because the service was so good and my vision is so poor that i need help with getting the right things for my equipment. I dont know what's happened, but its like with each renovation, their service goes down hill. Now when I say thank you, I hear "yup." Now, I get sold things that dont fit my my weed eater. Three times I have come by to use their chain sharpening service, but no one is there to do it. There are still 2 good employees that go out of their way, but good service isnt the rule anymore, its the exception and dont know when they are going to be there so, I give up.

Super place for the guys and especially women, because they have a great section with all kinds of stuff not tool related. Prices are higher than I remember but with that comes the best help with all your needs,and answers you may ask.

I use a specific glue for my plant/driftwood art projects, and only Ace carries it. It was out of stock, but the associate assured me it would be on the delivery that Monday. Sure enough it was restocked 😆 and I had the nicest checkout experience with Elizabeth ✨ my favorite store by far!!!
