Not the most knowledgeable staff. They told me to look it up when I asked for a recommendation, and order it online. I came in for advice on plant food, got one but now need to wait for my normal plant store to open so I can get advice.
Had the best experience at the Murfreesboro location and can't wait to get these beauties in the ground! The staff was extremely helpful and eager to look for items I asked about with no hesitation whatsoever. All I had to say was, "do you have..." and they were off to check one of their many greenhouses and quickly return with an answer. I only wish I would have asked the names of the two ladies that helped us. They were as excited about the plants as I was and it was clear that they really enjoy working at Southbranch and helping people create beautiful landscapes. The selection was great, the plants are top-notch healthy, and the prices were good. I would highly recommend them for your landscape and garden plans!
Beautiful work! I’m so impressed by Clint and his team at Southbranch. I showed up as the full-on Hot Mess Express, and somehow they transformed it into something that actually looks like I have my life together. 🚂✨ They worked magic I didn’t even know was possible—like HGTV meets Extreme Makeover with a side of Chick-fil-A level customer service. 10/10 would recommend if you want your chaos transformed into Pinterest-board perfection.
I stumbled upon this nursery looking to start a new project and the staff was very helpful. Their prices are also very competitive for great quality plants.
Been trying to use this place for a couple years now as it is the closest nursery to my home but after several thousand dollars and multiple bad experiences/information, can't do it anymore. I would suggest one go elsewhere for their nursery needs.
