Good drive up appeal, but thats as far as it goes. Very unfriendly atmosphere and she would not let a paying customer use the restroom. And then would not offer to help load anything. I will never go back.

Fantastic company to buy from. The Maldonado family is honest, helpful, and they have the best selection (especially of trees) in Kerrville. I even bought some great pepper plants from them last year.

3rd time trying to deal with these folks. Very disappointed. Front desk woman has zero people skills. She tried to change the delivery fee from $80 to $120( I live 1 mile away. I asked her for a small sample of rock to compare to my stone at home and she said we don't do that. I said I only need like an inch in my pail and she said verbatim.." Well, we can give you a couple pebbles"! I was looking for 5 -10 yards if I bought the stone. She is the rudest person I have met in Kerrville and she has no business working with the public. And a couple years ago Ed came by to look at a 1500 foot project, said he had an great idea how to handle the project and he said he would get back to me in a week or two, and total no show, no call. Boerne branch did the same thing 10 years ago. I would never even think of using them again, even if they offered me a couple free pebbles again! Rockscape in Ingrahm treated me like I mattered and I got my stone for much less and they delivered the same day! 100% better service and selection. Wake up Muldanado, hire a new front desk woman. She is destroying ur reputation.

Customer service at the counter could use some improvement. That was my last trip in there.
