They sold me mulch that was about 50% dirt. Since it was delivered in a dump truck I could not see the mulch until it was dumped. They have ignored my request to resolve the issue.

I bought crushed road base here before and the service was excellent. They go above and beyond with customer service. The three start is for some of what was supposed to be garden soil or something like a 2 way blend. What I got was fill dirt. Either someone loaded the wrong stuff or this is insufficient as any type growing medium. I added 50% compost last year and attempted to grow vegitables. Aside from low yields I can tell you this was lower quality than the native soil. It compacted harder than our native clay and was absolutely loaded with trash. I've been in the landscape and garden industry my entire life and never received dirt that was this low of quality. I think the place is awesome none the less, but if you're going to take pride in what you're growing I would heavily recomend double checking the material before it is loaded to avoid mistakes like this. The pictures are WITH 50% compost added.
