They offer the absolute worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I contract with tis company to deliver a product to me. They are completely in charge of packaging, labeling and shipping. They are in control of who they select to get that product to me. Their vendor choice get the shipment and says incorrect address and deliver. I contact tulip world live chat because they NEVER answer this phones(i tried 5 times a day for 4 days and finnally gave up) so their customer NOSERVICE chat line said its a fedex problem call them, i tried explaining its not fedex, i get shipments delivered 3 times a week. It must be a labeling problem, they dont want to hear it. To bad when we recieve te order back they will refund it. Isnt that just a great company to deal with. I will go back to holland bulb company, atleast they can deliver on time !

I have really good experience with this company. It is very prompt in fixing a problem that I had with one of the orders and the clematis that I bought is striving very well. Overall it is a good company to buy plants from.
Quantities sent weren’t not matching with quantity in website.
So I’ve ordered from them in the past and most of the time The quality was good and then there were some things that were horrible but for the price I overlooked it. Well, this time it was my entire order. I ordered 4 plox, 2 Cold water n 2 Sherbet well I only received one and one and they were dead when I received them as soon as I opened up the package, I could smell the dcom then I ordered two Bags of elegant Gladiola, which comes to a total of 36 corms, I would say about 10 of them look decent. The rest of them are rotted. Then I ordered three bags of dinner plate Dahlia‘s what I was sent were three bags of very small bulbs, resembling fingerling potatoes, but they had no eyes or nodes and they weren’t connected so it’s useless. It’s just gonna turn to mush in the ground. I also just wanna drop that this is a garden and I’m trying to build for my Sister who passed away and I don’t appreciate growing plants in her honor and watching them die now I’m hoping tulip world sees this because I’ve been ordering from you guys for the last few years and in addition to that I have a gardening club in my neighborhood, and if this situation doesn’t get resolved, then I will no longer be giving you my business, nor my gardening buddies will be giving you their business so please contact me. I’ve left several messages anyway I can. I’ve called 1000 times And the recorder still says the same thing I’m sorry I did not hear a valid response and that’s it. It doesn’t even give you an option to do anything and you know I know this isn’t your problem, but I’m on disability. I don’t have money to throw around like that that’s why we started the gardening club so please please contact me.
Trustpilot reviews Review of Tulip World Your review is pending.Read more Deirdre Small 3 reviews US Rated 1 out of 5 stars Don't order anything expensive from Tulip World I ordered expensive dahlias from Tulip World. I received an email that they had been shipped via USPS. A month later I got another email asking me to review the flowers. I checked tracking the tracking, and although the USPS said they had been delivered, they had not been. There was no proof of delivery, no picture (like UPS or FedEx, or most other shipping services who send tracking alerts, like your driver is on the way, track their route, etc.). When I contacted Tulip World's customer service stating I hadn't received my order, they pointed out in their "grow guarantee" language, it was my job to file a claim against the delivery service -- the United States Parcel Service. What a joke. No dahlias, no replacements, no refund, no accountability. I do however have an abundance of frustration which is growing beautifully as evidenced by this post.
