I just bought a mature tree that needs to be delivered and planted. The tree was $1,399 on sale for $839. And the install fee is half the price of the tree, which again was $839.....but then I find out that the install price was half the price of $1,399, so I had to pay $700 for install. Which is a great example of NOT practicing in good faith. I get that businesses are in the business to make money....but if the install fee is half the price that I paid for the tree....then I should've paid $419.50. Noah and the staff I delt with were great, but that "policy" is unfair. I have a decent sized property n every year I buy different plants, trees, scrubs etc....but I know I will not be buying from a place that doesn't practice in good faith. Roger K. Rutgers Landscape did my patio and plantings. I was quite a large job which included a separate fire pit area and an elevated landing. Overall they did a fantastic job. I went with Rutgers because as a premium company I expected premium service; and that's exactly what I received. I had to call them back a few times for some maintenance work and they had no problem coming and making adjustments. I highly recommend them. It was a pleasure to work with Rob, Milzon, Edy, Billy, and team. They take pride in their work and the results show.

Purchased 2 hydrangeas and 2 crimson barberries. All of them died within weeks, followed to watering and care guide from the nursery. I reached out to get reimbursed 2 separate times and kept being told they would “review it at their next meeting” and then kept telling me to water it…. Pretty unprofessional considering I bought over $1000 in bushes over the last year. Don’t think I’ll be back and definitely don’t buy the bumper crop that warranties their plants for a year, because they fail to honor that also.

Organized and plants all have description which is convenient, but I found the prices to be way more than other nurseries for the same quality.

Noah helped make our experience perfect. We came in knowing the vibe of plants we were looking for - to completely overhaul plants in an area at the front of our house. We described what we were generally looking for (without knowing plant names) and Noah showed us different options based on the lighting environment and visual look we were aiming for. We had measurements of the plot and showed a picture of the area and a pipe on the outside of the house that we were looking to cover up. He was patient, spent time answering my many questions, and gave many helpful suggestions- grouped certain varieties of plants together based on their soil preferences, how much to space plants apart, how to organize the plants in the space, the soil combination, etc. Highly recommend going to Noah if you want some assistance. We went here because we were looking for expertise and feedback.
