Cancelled online order 3 days after being placed, no explanations given. It's already disappointing enough for a paying customer to have their order cancelled, but when you do it without even a courtesy e-mail explaining why or apologizing, it's just bad business practice. No matter how you look at it. PS: I never said my order could only be shipped on a Monday, I said the place it was being shipped to was closed on Mondays in case that helped with the shipping timing considering it's live plants, in any case, why not email me and ask me if Tuesdays were ok? as long as they receive the parcel in one piece, I don't really care what day or time of the day you ship it at. I still feel that to cancel an order without an email asking a simple question was just bad customer service. Any logical person would. My spam folder gets checked daily, no e-mail from your business landed there, 100% certain of the fact. You are still giving me excuses. Sorry that the simple fact is so hard to grasp. It's so ironic how you can't be bothered emailing a customer with a special note/request, but respond immediately to negative reviews, again you could have emailed me and had my business, I would have worked with the schedule, instead you chose to say something completely irrelevant here and offer no solution at all, blows my mind.

Received great plants. They were in fantastic shape with very healthy roots. We had a strange cold front for a night so it took a couple days to plant and they looked just as good. I’ll definitely order from them again!

This seems to be a small family owned operation. I was a little skeptical since the prices are so much better than other online nurseries. I did not receive an order confirmation, so I emailed requesting that info. They eventually got back in touch with me and were very responsive thereafter. The trees arrived packaged very well and with plenty of moisture. Detailed planting and care instructions were included. Very pleased and will buy again!
