This is a nice nursery although it’s sometimes hard to get knowledgeable help. My complaint has to do with Cora vincas. I bought 3 flats of what were supposed to be regular Cora vincas at the beginning of May. It turned out that a good many of them were actually Cora cascade. The cascades seem very susceptible to too much water and with all the rain we have had here in Dallas, many of them are dead or dying. Also, in a bed they are noticeably shorter next to the regular ones so the look is not desirable. I’ve replaced several and they’ve died also. This is the 2nd year in a row that I’ve had trouble with these plants. It seems they are developing new problems. It is very frustrating so I will not be buying your vincas in the future.

Not very informative. If you try to find out, if the have a plant in particular, it doesn’t have the information, and no preice on the plants you are looking for! Very disappointed!

Mark made our visit super uncomfortable. He followed us around like a hawk the entire time we were shopping, and yet he never greeted us, nor offered to help. The manager was much nicer, but lacked some basic knowledge of some of the plants offered at this location. Overall this is a decently stocked nursery, but they are in dire need of good customer service. You're better off supporting a small business instead.

Cindy is really helpful and knowledgeable about plants. She made me learn so much in the small amount of time I had with her ☺️
