Do not shop with this business! After not receiving a response for a few weeks then finally talking to someone that stated they were the owner, I was told I would get money back on a gift card and get the plant. I didn’t get either. Take your money elsewhere.

I purchased a gift card for my friend's birthday so she could pick out a plant. She has had an ordeal ordering and receiving her plant and the owner has been rude when she reaches out to try to resolve the issue. She still hasn't received the plant she ordered with the gift card after several weeks and several attempts to communicate. Very poor customer service! And basically stealing the money from the gift card by not fulfilling the order

The Plant Project Dallas was such a beautiful experience! A plant shop with a boutique style with beautiful plants set up in a way that you admire everything! My plans were to purchase 1 plant but I couldn’t resist when I saw the begonia 😍🪴 Jaz helped me at checkout letting me know that if I made an account I would get $5 off the next time I came & shopped. Thank you!
