Ruibal's Plants of Texas

I was disappointed that Ruibal’s did not honor what I understood to be its 30-day plant replacement policy. I purchased a $15 Sensitive plant that declined within two weeks despite my best efforts to care for it, and when I went in requesting a replacement, not a refund, I was told it was outside a 5-day window. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on plants at this store over the years, and this was the first time I’ve ever tried to exchange or replace a plant. I expected better customer service and a willingness to stand behind the plants they sell. This experience was very disappointing, especially as a long-time loyal customer.

Best products and knowledgeable help!

Five stars because I love the place but 0 star for service. Today I purchased some plants and planters, over $200 in total. The planters were heavy hence asked the associates in the shop, if there was a cart or something to take the things to the car. They said no. Thank God! We live close by, so called the husband to help carry the heavy things to the car. Previously when l had purchased plants, a gentleman had helped me take the stuff to the car and they were not even as heavy. Just a very weird vibe I got today, they looked bothered that we were there. Mr. Ruibal, hire nice people, kind people.
