I got Calloways to do my front yard flower bed for me. The project cost me north of 3 grand. I was promised warranty on plants. Firstly, I was given mini shrubs in the name of plantings which will take forever to grow/show any color which was an important objective. Within a month, plants started to die. When I reached out to the designer for the project, Maranda I was met with most stone walled approach. Maranda killed every joy I'd about the project. She was cold and devoid of any customer experience point of view-by simply dismissing every concern, by slapping policy on my face, a visit fee of $100, $75 install fee. Off course I must send additional pictures to retrieve 20-40$ warranty on the shrub. She dismissed any responsibility that Calloways in the first place had set the time and duration for water. From 1st sentence it was customer's fault that they overwatered. But you set the water and it only got hotter so how did we we overwater? She was worse than an AI bot because she wanted to win an argument and lose a customer approach. Calloways is gonna lose out on business from clients who have the spending capability due to customer service challenged/do not care attitude from the likes of Maranda. In case the company cares!

The cashier was polite and helpful. The other employees were nice and very helpful with all questions as well. They have all gardening needs. Very calming, relaxing environment of course.
